Sessions

We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am to 5pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 5.30pm, all year round, except for 2 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, and bank holidays. There is also the option of attending term-term, in line with Claydon Primary School.

As of April 2025 our session fees are £7.00 per hour for 3/4 year olds and £7.60 per hour for 2 year olds. These are reviewed regularly.

Sessions may be tailored to your requirements but, to avoid unnecessary disruption to the children, we specify the drop-off times of 8am, 8.30am, 9am or 1pm and collection times of 12pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm, or 5.30pm.

We will always try our best to accommodate any different hours you require to those stated above.

Any child who attends from 1200-1230 will receive a healthy balanced two-course lunch for a contribution of £1.50 per day.

From September 2025

Our opening hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We are closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas period and on Bank Holidays. The drop-off times are 8am, 9am or 1pm and collection times are 12pm, 3pm, 4pm or 5pm
Our session fees will be £7.60 per hour for 2-year-olds and £7.00 for 3 years and above.

There will be a £1.50 breakfast fee for children who attend the setting at 8am and a lunch charge of £2.50 for all children who attend the setting at 12pm. Funding will only cover the hours of 8am to 12pm, and 1pm to 5pm. All children attending 12pm to 1pm will be required to pay the relevant hourly fee along with the lunch charge.
The snack charge will be £1.00 for a 3-hour session, and £2.00 for sessions over 3-hours. We will be introducing a weekly activities charge of £3 which will cover the additional activities that we provide throughout the year, eg baking, planting flowers, hatching chicks and watching them grow, etc.

Fees

We request fees are paid in advance. For year-round places fees are paid monthly. For term-time places the fees are paid half-termly. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions - see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Your child will be funded for 15 hours per week by the government the term after your child becomes three years old. If you have a two-year old and you are receiving social security benefits, it may be possible to receive funding earlier. We will speak to you nearer the time regarding this. If you choose to claim your full government funding at another childcare provider, fees will be charged by us to cover costs. We are happy to split the funding with another childcare provider.
